Plants are a great way to brighten up your space. Here is a list of my favorite unique plants that are easy to care for, affordable, and easy to find in your local plant shop!
The key to keeping a plant happy is finding what kind of lighting is ideal for them and a preferred watering schedule! To find this out research your plants name for care instructions or ask your local plant shop they usually have great tips!
These next few plants are a little more forgiving if you forget to water them once or twice
1.Pilea Peperomioides
Usually known as the Chinese money plant this is a fast grower. Its unique pancake looking leaves make it the perfect eccentric piece for any space!
2.Marble Queen Pothos
As the name says it this trailing plant has beautiful white marbled leaves! This lovely plant can grow as long as 30 feet! But don’t worry you can give yours a haircut and keep it at the length you desire. As a trailing plant this looks great on any shelf or placed at the edge so its vines gracefully dangle down!
3.Opuntia Cactus
Ok don’t let this one scare you away! Although it requires a good amount of light, preferably placing it right next to a window, this gorgeous drought tolerant cactus does not require much watering at all.
4.Philodendron Brazil
This is another fast grower trailing plant, Its heart shaped leaves have a unique paint stroke like pattern sure to brighten your space!
