Hey babes! It’s been quite a long time, but yes I am still here… I’ve been working on a few things, but wanted to finally post my recommended adventures to San Diego, California. Most of these won’t break the budget for those budget-friendly divas. I’ll list some of the best things I recommend when visiting to have the best San Diego adventure!
Things to do:
Old Town San Diego
This Historical place offers a glimpse of the city’s past. It is filled with places to eat, colorful shops, and a lively atmosphere. It is a popular destination for both tourists and locals and it is a must-see. I recommend getting there early so you get a good parking spot! I’m sure you’ll enjoy this spot I would love to go back.

Cabrillo National Monument Area
This is a stunning area that is part of the national parks. There is a small fee, but it is worth it. The sights and views from here are incredible, and the pictures do not do it justice at all. Here you can admire beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, and cliffs, and appreciate hikes with amazing views all around. From here you can also admire Mexico, the Coronado Bridge, and the San Diego skyline. Be careful since this area is surrounded by government-only areas please follow the signs or stop and ask. You might get lucky and see a whale or two from this point!

Sunset Cliffs
These cliffs in San Diego offer breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The best views here are during sunset time, but it’s also when it’s most crowded. This is also a popular spot for photography and just relaxing by the ocean. There is free parking by the cliffs. If you are vigilant you might even see some dolphins in the distance.

Downtown San Diego
You have to visit a few areas around the city’s downtown area: the Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, and the unconditional surrender statue. You can probably spend half a day exploring the downtown area. There are tons to do and eat. I recommend walking along the coast of San Diego Bay and enjoying the vistas and the very famous Unconditional Surrender statue.

San Diego Zoo
This is one of the most popular tourist sites and it lives up to its name. Don’t underestimate the size of this place you will need a full day to explore this beautiful zoo. There are so many exhibits and things to enjoy. This is great for all ages in your San Diego adventure!

Whale Watching Tours
This is another very popular activity among tourists and a must. Look over the different tours available and follow their recommendations. There are vastly different tours and although they can’t guarantee you will see a whale you will for sure see pods of dolphins and a couple of sunfish. Some species you could see are gray whales, blue whales, and humpback whales.
